Shipping and Delivery

Geek Bureau Ltd ships merchandise to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) and Internationally Worldwide. If customers wish to request an alternate or faster delivery service please contact us via email at customerservices@geekbureau.co.uk or on our Contact us section. Shipping cost on our Website for International orders are subject to vary due to item/order size, weight and designated country of delivery which we will notify the customer of via email. Shipping processing commences once we have received full and cleared payment of the customers' order, customers will be notified via email once payment has been received and when their order will/has been dispatched. In the case of International Orders we will dispatch your order 2 Working days after receiving your full and cleared payment.

United Kingdom Customers only:

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail and are  Recorded post or Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery) (which means a signature is required and you will have a tracking number for your order). Expected timescales for delivery is 3-5 Working days from the day of dispatch (Excluding Public Holidays, Postal Strikes and Delays. Please be aware on rare occasions due to delivery "uncontrollable" delivery can take up to 15 Days from dispatch).

Shipping Process:

Please Be Aware that our Website processes orders Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day which is Monday unless there is a Public or Bank Holiday in which case the next working day would be Tuesday.

What happens once you have placed your order? :

  • You make your order and we begin preparing it. (If you require alternate or faster shipping please contact us prior to ordering).
  • Once we have received your full and cleared payment we will post the item on either the same or next working day.
  • In the case of an International Order your order will be sent 2 working days after receiving your full and cleared payment.
  • You will then receive an email from us. This email will be to notify you that your order has been dispatched and will also include the approximate delivery date with your Postal Tracking Number and any additional information.
  • Shipping/Dispatching of customer orders will take place on the same or the next working day (orders made before 6pm). For orders made after 6pm the following working day. Once receipt of the customers’ full and cleared payment has been received, this is for UK customers only.

    International customers Shipping/Dispatch will be on the 2nd working day after receipt of the customers’ full and cleared payment. During which customer cancellations and refunds can be requested. Once the order has been shipped/dispatched the order will then fall under the “All sales are final policy”.

    UK Shipping:

    We use the Royal Mail Recorded Service.

    This is a Free Service we offer which takes 3-5 Working Days and comes with a “Tracking number”. (Excluding Public Holidays, Postal Strikes and Delays. Please be aware on rare occasions due to delivery "uncontrollable" delivery can take up to 15 Days from dispatch).

    Please note that the following Countries/Areas come under UK Shipping; England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Island, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. (Please be aware Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur a customs check if any delays or charges occur due to this we Geek Bureau Ltd are not held responsible as this responsibility lies with the customer to pay any charges or fees due to customs).

    International Customers only:

    Please be aware that international customer purchases are Final and no Returns, Exchanges, Refunds or cancellation are applicable after the 2 Working days period in which a Return, Exchange, refund or cancellation can be made. Delivery timescales will vary based on the country, size, weight and if the receiving country accepts the items ordered ( See also the International section of the Terms and Conditions for further information).

    We ship orders via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Service.

    Time scales for international delivery are as follows;

    Orders made within Europe take up to 3-5 Working Days.

    Orders made within World Zone 1 & 2 take up to 5-7 Working Days.

    International shipping is Variable as shipping costs can be different based on weight, size and country of destination and delivery services available. Please be aware that on larger orders cost will vary and we will contact the customer in regards to any change in shipping as a result. 

    Please be aware that Geek Bureau Ltd is not responsible for any holdings or additional charges incurred by your destination country and customs office, therefore if such charges or holds occur it is for you the customer to find out before ordering and in the event that the above situations occur this is for the customer to deal with.
