Returns - UK Only!
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to request a refund or return please contact us at; customerservices@geekbureau.co.uk or via our contact us section within the 14 days after the initial purchase date.
International Only:
On all our purchases for international customers, the purchases are all subject to a final sale and are not refundable or returnable unless in extenuating circumstances in which we are contacted and have responded to you within 2 days of purchase. (All Tax and Customs charges on international orders are for the customers to pay themselves and are not the responsibility of Geek Bureau Ltd!).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all postage costs are for the customer to pay.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to the volume of different products we have on sale we will inform you of whether the item is returnable in our correspondence to your return or refund request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specified by ourselves Geek Bureau Ltd.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted these are subject to the type of product purchased, in regards to which products can obtain a partial refund will be answered in the correspondence your receive from ourselves once a refund/return request has been received within 14 days after the initial purchase date.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (Not including Sensitive or LED/Electronic Products). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@geekbureau.co.uk for further information if
an exchange has been agreed on and where your item should be sent.
Please be aware as we do not provide Quality Control at times you maybe instructed to send the product to the manufacturer directly, in which you will be liable for paying the shipping costs.
Shipping
We offer a free tracked shipping service to the UK via Royal Mail. It is possible to request a faster delivery service however this will be chargeable to the customer furthermore in order to request a faster delivery service please contact us via our contact us section or email us on customerservices@geekbureau.co.uk
For orders in the UK we ship your products within 2 working days of receiving full and cleared payment. If in the event your order is made on a weekend or a public holiday the 2 working day processing cycle will begin the day after the public holiday.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the returned item we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
